September 9th -13th  Basset Hound Club of America Nationals Linn County Expo Center | A great dog event for families to visit and see basset hounds in many different events! Monday- Friday – Dog show – like the ones on TV! Monday and Tuesday include Obedience and Rally. Tuesday – Wednesday – Scent Work, Wednesday Agility

Sept. 14th Mennonite Village Resident Art Show 10a -4p | The Artists of the Mennonite Village invites the public to a show of over 20 Village Resident’s Artwork, ranging from quilts, paintings, bonsai, and doll houses. Many will be for sale. This show will be in honor of the late local artist Bill Shumway. Some of his work will be on display and for sale. Light Refreshments will be served.

Sept. 20th 1st Crystal Creek Run 5k, 10k and Half Marathon| Run or walk begins at Eddyville Charter School and follows  the scenic Crystal Creek Loop with views of the beautiful Yaquina river, stately forestland, and several historic sites! Sept 21st -22nd  Oregon Flock and Fiber Festival Linn County Expo Center | Classes, demonstrations, livestock shows, expansive market place with a wide array of fiber goods and accessories. Workshops help Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Admission is free.  For more information here
